Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola is shutting down pregnancy rumors.
After attending fellow Jersey Shore costar Jenni "JWoww" Farley's wedding earlier this week, Giancola shared pictures from the intimate event on Instagram, posing alongside her costars and husband Justin May.
In the comments of the post, some of Giancola's followers speculated that she could be expecting again, which the 39-year-old — who welcomed her first baby, son Vincent Keith May, in August 2025 — quickly shut down.
"Guys.. I’m not pregnant again it’s so hard to lose this baby weight! 😩," Giancola dropped in the comments.

The reality star received support from several fans on her reply, with one writing, "You look beautiful! Be gentle with yourself ❤️."
Another added, "Sorry you even have to say that! You look beautiful!! ❤️❤️."

Last month, Giancola caught up with PEOPLE and reflected on motherhood, sharing that her son, Vincent, recently hit a special milestone.

"My son just started to crawl and I'm just loving every single moment with him. I'm like in awe and I can't believe how fast the time is flying by already. I can't believe he's like a little baby boy now," she shared.
In an Instagram post announcing her son's arrival, Giancola wrote, "After this very long journey to get here, words cannot describe how blessed and truly grateful we are. Forever living in our baby love bubble until further notice."
Giancola debuted her relationship with May, 37, on Thanksgiving in 2021. By March 2024, she revealed that they were engaged, and in December 2025, they tied the knot.
During the Nov. 21, 2024, episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, Giancola shared that she and May had experienced a miscarriage before their engagement.

Giancola later shared exclusively with PEOPLE that she and May were expecting a baby boy. "I think we were just happy to have a healthy baby. We didn't care about gender at all, but we kind of had a feeling what it was," she said.
The reality star added, "I can't wait to just play sports. Teaching my kid, coaching the Little League teams and stuff. It's going to be exciting," and said she was "very happy" about becoming a mother.
