The fantasy football playoffs have arrived. That means it is officially win or go home time. Once you get to this point, it is usually a good idea to follow the rule of "use who got you here."

The unfortunate part is not everybody can apply that rule across the board. There are injured players you need to replace. On top of that, there are players who helped get you here but no longer hold the same value they had earlier in the season for various reasons.

Those scenarios can force you to look to your bench for replacements. If you do not like those options, then you start looking for sleepers on the waiver wire who can help you advance in your playoffs.

Do not overthink it. Chasing points by starting an RB4 over an RB2 because the matchup favors the RB4 and the RB2 has been struggling a bit is rarely wise. You might be right, but in most cases you will not be. Even if you are, it will likely be by only a couple of points. If you are wrong and the RB2 performs the way he is supposed to and you lose, you will be kicking yourself and thinking about it all offseason.

If you do need to make a change, these 10 players and defenses are the sleepers who can give you the edge you need.

*Streamers are players who are rostered in 50% or fewer of Yahoo! leagues.

Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders picks up a first down on his feet ahead of Tennessee Titans linebacker Cedric Gray.Fantasy Football Week 15 StreamersQuarterbacksShedeur Sanders, Cleveland Browns

Sanders is coming off one of the better quarterback performances this season, throwing for 364 yards, three touchdowns and running for another.

Do not expect that kind of performance again, but it is clear he is feeling more comfortable each week. The Bears allow the eighth most points to opposing quarterbacks, so this is another matchup he can exploit.

Tyler Shough, New Orleans Saints

Did you know Shough has finished as a Top 12 QB in three of the last four games? In fact, he finished as QB12 in Week 10 against these same Panthers.

It is not always pretty for Shough, but he is able to scrap together solid fantasy performances. He has shown a bit of running prowess, especially last week when he rushed for 55 yards and two touchdowns. That helps keep his floor a bit higher than most streamers you can choose from.

The Commanders wore their all-black alternate uniforms for the game.Running BacksBlake Corum, Los Angeles Rams

Different week, same story for Corum. This is not the greatest matchup because the Detroit Lions allow the fewest points to opposing running backs, but Corum is too involved in the Rams lineup to be ignored.

He has double digit touches in five of the last seven games and he has scored three touchdowns in the last two. It is clear the Rams are making it a point to keep Corum involved.

Devin Singletary, New York Giants

The Giants backfield is a true split between Tyrone Tracy Jr. and Singletary. Tracy usually leads in touches, but not by a lot.

In fact, Singletary dominated touches in the first half in Week 13 and then Tracy suffered an injury in the fourth quarter. While Tracy is expected to play this week, it would not be surprising if they take it easy on him and give more of the workload to Singletary.

The Commanders are a premium matchup as well, allowing the fifth-most points to running backs. So even if it does to back to the usual split, Singletary can have a good game, especially since he takes most of the goal line work.

Jaylen Wright, Miami Dolphins

Wright could wind up being the ultimate sleeper this week, but it depends on whether De'Von Achane plays. If Achane is out, Wright will be the lead back for the Dolphins.

In that role for two and a half quarters last week he thrived. He finished with 24 carries for 107 yards and a touchdown.

The Steelers pose a tougher challenge than the Jets, but that level of opportunity and usage puts him in immediate RB2 territory.

Keep in mind, you can throw all of this out the window if Achane plays.

Wide ReceiversJayden Reed, Green Bay Packers

In his first game back from injury, Reed stepped right into his normal role as the slot receiver. This limits him to fewer snaps than other receivers, but when he is on the field the Packers find ways to get him the ball.

Denver is a tough matchup, but Reed playing in the slot means he should avoid Patrick Surtain in coverage. Even better, the Broncos rank 26th in DVOA against WR3s.

Andrei Iosivas, Cincinnati Bengals

Tee Higgins suffered his second concussion in three weeks, which puts his status for Week 15 in question.

Iosivas is not a one-for-one replacement for Higgins, but the snap share alone gives him a strong opportunity. Despite the Ravens playing better overall defense than earlier in the season, it is still a good matchup. Over the last three weeks, including one against these same Bengals, they have allowed just under 29-plus half PPR points per game to receivers.

Jalen Coker, Carolina Panthers

In the week before the bye, Coker led the Panthers in targets with a 26 percent share.

It has been a slow build on the season for Coker, who missed the first six weeks, but he seems to be peaking at the right time.

The Saints are allowing the tenth most points to opposing receivers. Even if he does not lead the team in targets again, there is still enough room for him to produce a solid fantasy performance.

1 / 30The top 5 fantasy football scorers at each position in PPR formats

QB Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills: 310 fantasy points

Tight EndsIsiah Likely, Baltimore Ravens

Two weeks in a row, Isiah Likely has scored double digit fantasy points, with one of those games coming against the Bengals, who he will face again this week.

He is on the field a bit less than teammate Mark Andrews, but Likely's target share has matched or exceeded his over the last three weeks. The one thing in Andrews' favor is that he has consistently seen more end zone targets this season. However, Likely saw two last week, with one score overturned on replay.

The Bengals allow the most points to tight ends, so it is very possible that both Andrews and Likely produce solid fantasy days.

Theo Johnson, New York Giants

Jaxon Dart clearly likes throwing to Theo Johnson. In the seven games Dart has started, Johnson has averaged 6.3 targets per game. Only eight tight ends have a higher season average.

He does not always do much with those targets, scoring double digit fantasy points in only four of those games, but the matchup is a strong one. The Commanders allow the second most points to tight ends this season.

DefenseSan Francisco 49ers

The 49ers get the Titans, who are arguably the worst offense in the NFL this season.

They have scored the second fewest points and the fewest touchdowns. They have allowed the second most sacks and are tied for eleventh with 17 total turnovers.

They did just shock the Browns by scoring 31 points, but lightning is unlikely to strike twice. Pick up the 49ers defense.
