Jack Osbourne is keeping his father Ozzy's memory alive.
The 40-year-old son of Ozzy Osbourne has welcomed his fifth child, his second with wife Aree Osbourne. He shared the news on Instagram on March 11 and revealed the newborn girl's full name: Ozzy Matilda Osbourne.
"She's arrived and she's perfect," he wrote in an Instagram story.
The news was shared in a joint Instagram post with Aree and Osbourne's mom, Sharon Osbourne. According to the post, she was born on March 5. In her own Instagram story, Aree Osbourne wrote, "Our Ozzy Matilda Osbourne has landed earthside."
Ozzy Osbourne, cofounder of Black Sabbath, died in July 2025 at age 76. His death certificate listed the cause of death as a heart attack. The rock star had also been battling Parkinson's disease.

Ozzy Osbourne is survived by six children from two marriages. While married to Thelma Riley from 1971 to 1982, he welcomed Jessica and Louis and adopted a third child, Elliot, from Riley's previous relationship. He also had three kids with his second wife, Sharon Osbourne: Aimee, Kelly and Jack.

Jack Osbourne, who starred in the family's reality series "The Osbournes," has welcomed five children, including three with his ex-wife Lisa Stelly. He married his current wife, Aree Osbourne, in 2023, and they welcomed their first child together in 2022.

Jack Osbourne reflected on his father's death in a YouTube video in September. He said he was hit with a wave of "pain" and "sadness" when he learned of his dad's passing, which came just weeks after a final show with the heavy metal band.

"There was a level of like, 'OK, he's not suffering anymore. He's not struggling,'" he added. "And that is something. I wish he was still here. I wish he was still with us all. But he was having a rough go, and I think people saw that at the show. But no one expected it to happen as quickly as it did, and when it did. It was not anything that was on our radar."
Osbourne also recently shared on the "Hate To Break It To Ya" podcast that his father's death "was a surprise," though "everyone knew he was sick."
"We weren't expecting it to be as quick as it was. I think he was done," he said, going on to add, "The morning that he passed, it wasn't anything dramatic at all. He was up, he was doing his thing, had some breakfast, and that was it."
Speaking to The Sun last year, Osbourne said his wife's pregnancy had "very much taken energy out of the grieving side of things and parked in a bit more hopefulness."
